一、用途

本產品可廣泛用于有色金屬、黑色金屬、非金屬選礦及化工、建材等行業作研磨物料之用。

二、工作原理和結構

1、棒磨機的工作原理是：當筒體旋轉時將筒體內的物料和研磨體帶到一定高度，在重力作用下，研磨體像拋射體樣將物料擊碎，同時研磨體發生滑動也給予物料研磨作用，從而達到磨粉目的。

2、本機系單室，中心卸料式棒磨機。

3、本機由給料部、進料部、筒體部、出料部等工作部分以及軸承部、傳動部、電器部、基礎部等組成。

4、筒體由鋼板制作而成，筒體內裝有耐磨襯板、筒體上開有出入孔，作為觀察襯板和格子板磨損情況，以及取出研磨體，更換磨損的襯板和格子板之用。

I. Purpose

This type of  products can be widely used in industries such as such as nonferrous metal,  ferrous metal, and non-metallic minerals as well as chemicals and building  materials to grind materials.

II. Structure  and Working Principle

1. Work  Principle of Rod Mill: When the cylinder is rotating, it lifts the materials  and grinding body in the cylinder to a certain height. Under the action of  gravity, the grinding body crushes the materials like projectile. At the same  time, the grinding body slides and also plays grinding role for the materials  so as to serve the purpose of grinding powder.

2. Such machine  is central discharging type rod mill.

3. Such machine is composed  of working parts such as feeding part, entering part, cylinder part and  charging part, as well as bearings, transmission parts, electric parts, basic  parts, etc.

4. The cylinder  is made of steel plate. Wear-resisting liner is installed inside the cylinder  and access holes are born on the outside of cylinder so as to observe the  abrasion of lining plate and grid plate as well as take out the grinding body  and replace the abraded lining plate and grid plate.
