PL型立式沖擊破碎機是物料自沖擊或物料與金屬反擊板撞擊破碎機。本機有“石打石(PL)”和“石打鐵(PLST)”兩種破碎腔,“石打石”多應用于硬性物料的破碎加工,產砂率40%以上,“石打鐵” 多應用于中硬性物料的破碎加工,產砂率60%以上,兩種腔型結構可以實現互相轉換，以適應不同物料的破碎加工。

With PL vertical impact crusher, materials bump into the crusher  by themselves or materials and metal counter-board bump into the crusher. There  are two types of crushing chambers for such machine, PL and PLST. “PL” crushing  chambers are usually used to crush and process materials with high hardness.  Their sand production rate reaches over 40%. “PLST” crushing chambers are  usually used to crush and process materials with medium hardness. Their sand  production rate reaches over 60%. These two chamber structures can be  interchangeable for crushing and processing of different materials.

本產品廣泛用于金屬和非金屬礦石、高速公路、水電、耐火材料、磨料、玻璃原料、城市建筑骨料、人工造砂以及各種冶金渣的細碎和粗磨作業，特別對中硬、特硬及磨蝕性物料如碳化硅、金剛砂、燒結鋁釩土、鎂砂等，比其它類型的破碎機更具有優越性。與液壓保護顎破配套使用，可處理各種冶金渣。

This kind of product is widely used for the fine crushing and  coarse grinding of metallic ores and non-metallic ores, expressway, water and  electricity and fireproof materials, grinding materials, glass raw materials,  city building aggregate, artificial sand and various metallurgical slag. It is  especially superior to other types of crushers when used to crush and grind medium  hard, ultra hard and abrasive materials such as silicon carbide, carborundum,  sintered bauxite and magnesia. When used together with hydraulic jaw crushers,  it can deal with all kinds of metallurgical slag.
