立窯是水泥行業(yè)用來將水泥生料煅燒成水泥熟料的主要設(shè)備。

Shaft kilns are the main equipment used in cement industry to burn cement raw material into cement clinker.

機(jī)械立窯是指采用機(jī)械加料和機(jī)械卸料的立窯。入窯物料由成球機(jī)制成直徑為5~10mm，水分在12~14%的料球，由加料裝置從頂部喂入窯內(nèi)，窯內(nèi)整個空間充滿著物料，物料自上而下運(yùn)動，而氣流則從底部吹入，自下而上地通過物料層。物料在窯內(nèi)經(jīng)過干燥、預(yù)熱、分解，燒成和冷卻等過程。燒成后的物料經(jīng)過窯體底部卸料篦子的破碎作用，破碎成小塊經(jīng)卸料密封裝置，排出窯外

Mechanical shaft kilns are shaft kilns which adopt mechanical loading and mechanical unloading. The materials entering the kiln are made through ball forming mills whose diameter is 5 to 10mm. The pellets whose moisture content is 12% to 14% are fed into the kiln by the feeding device from the top. The whole kiln is filled with materials. The materials move from top to bottom while the air flow blows from the bottom and passes through the material layer. In the kiln, the materials undergo processes such as drying, preheating, decomposing, sintering, and cooling. Under the crushing action of the discharge grate at the bottom of kiln, the sintered materials are crushed into small pieces which are discharged out of the kiln through the discharging sealing device.

機(jī)械立窯的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是：由于在窯內(nèi)物料與熱氣體直接接觸，熱效率高，可達(dá)45%，熱耗低，一般為3550~4000千焦/千克燃料。

The advantages of mechanical shaft kiln are: Due to direct contact of materials in the kiln and hot gas, its thermal efficiency is high, as high as 45%. Its heat consumption is low, normally consuming 3,550~4,000 KJ/Kg of fuel.

盤塔式機(jī)械立窯是我廠經(jīng)廣泛收集國內(nèi)現(xiàn)有窯型的特點(diǎn)，于1986年在原有塔式立窯的基礎(chǔ)上開發(fā)的新型立窯。

Mechanical tower shaft kilns are a new type of kiln developed by our factory on the basis of the original tower shaft kilns in 1986, after extensively gathering information about the existing kiln type in China .

該窯煅燒質(zhì)量好，一般可達(dá)500號以上，而且產(chǎn)量較高。

Such kiln features high burning quality, usually reaching 500. Besides, it has large productive capacity.

盤塔式立窯由喂料部、窯體、盤塔式卸料裝置、傳動部等部分組成。
