MLS型立式輥磨機(jī)是被廣泛應(yīng)用于水泥行業(yè)生料生產(chǎn)的高效、節(jié)能型研磨設(shè)備，經(jīng)20年的開(kāi)發(fā)研制已形成了滿足日產(chǎn)700t、1000t、1500t、2000t、2500t、3000t、4000t、5000t水泥生產(chǎn)線的系列產(chǎn)品。其中MLS3626立式輥磨機(jī)可滿足2500t/d水泥生產(chǎn)線原料制備的需要,獲2004年度遼寧省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng);MLS4531立式輥磨機(jī)可滿足5000t/d水泥生產(chǎn)線原料制備的需要,獲2004年度中國(guó)機(jī)械工業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)二等獎(jiǎng). ，截至2005(8)年底已銷售128(300)臺(tái)。

MLS vertical roller mills manufactured by Shenyang Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd are high-efficiency and energy-saving grinding equipment which are widely used for the production of raw materials in cement industry. After 20 years of research and development, it has now formed production lines that manufacture 700t, 1000t, 1500t, 2000t, 2500t, 3000t, 4000t and 5000t of cement series products every day. Its MLS3626 vertical roll mills can meet the requirement of raw material preparation of 2500t/d on the cement production line. It has won the Second Prize of Science and Technology Development for Liaoning Province in 2004. Its MLS4531 vertical roll mills can meet the requirement of raw material preparation of 5000t/d on the cement production line. It has won the Second Prize of Science and Technology in China 's Machinery Industry in 2004. Till the end of 2005 (8), it has sold 128 (300) pieces of such equipment.

 MLS立式輥磨機(jī)的特點(diǎn)是高效節(jié)能，輥、盤(pán)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，提高粉磨效率；選粉機(jī)為籠型轉(zhuǎn)子選粉機(jī)，電機(jī)變頻調(diào)速，提高了選粉效率；增設(shè)抬輥裝置，實(shí)現(xiàn)了磨機(jī)輕載、空負(fù)荷啟動(dòng)；增加壓力框架水平緩沖裝置，降低磨機(jī)的振動(dòng)；磨機(jī)采用外部物料循環(huán)設(shè)計(jì)，降低磨損，減少系統(tǒng)電耗；中心進(jìn)料、易損件壽命長(zhǎng)等。磨機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)水平已達(dá)到國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平。

MLS vertical roller mills are characterized by high-efficiency and energy-saving, optimal design of roller and disc, and improved grinding efficiency. The powder concentrator is cage model rotor powder concentrator. Frequency conversion speed regulation of motor improves separating efficiency. Roller lifting device is added to realize light load of mills and no load startup. Pressure frame horizontal buffering device is added to reduce vibration of mills. The mills adopt the design of external material circulation which reduces abrasion and system electricity consumption. Material is fed in the center and the easily damaged parts have long service life. The design of mills has reached advanced world standard.

目前，公司的MLS立式輥磨機(jī)已經(jīng)形成系列，具有系列化、通用化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的特點(diǎn)，滿足了5000t/d 水泥生產(chǎn)線以下的原料制備的需要，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外水泥工業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了極大的推動(dòng)作用。
