XY-1A巖芯鉆機 Core  drilling rig

XY-1A型巖芯鉆機是一種具有油壓給進的高速輕便鉆機。在XY-1A型鉆機的基礎上設計開發了XY-1A（YJ）、XY-1A-4型鉆機。

XY-1A core drilling rigs are a kind of  high-speed portable drilling rigs of oil pressure feeding. XY-1A（YJ） and XY-1A-4 drilling rigs are designed and  developed on the basis of XY-1A  drilling rigs.

鉆機適用范圍：

Applicable Scope:

1、本鉆機適用于固體礦床的普查勘探及工程地質勘察等鉆孔以及各種混凝土結構檢查孔。

1. This type of drilling rigs  applies to boreholes in reconnaissance of solid ore deposits and engineering  geological investigation, as well as access holes of various concrete structures.

2、根據地質結構的不同，可選用金剛石、合金及鋼粒等鉆頭進行鉆進。

2. According to differences in  geological structure, drills made of diamond, alloy, steel shot, etc can be  used for drilling.

3、當終孔分別為75mm和46mm時，額定鉆孔深度分別為100m和180m。最深不得超過各鉆進深度的110%，****開孔直徑允許為150mm。

3. When the hole terminations  are respectively 75mm  and 46mm, the rated  drilling depths are respectively 100m  and 180m. The greatest  depth shall not exceed 110% of each drilling depth. The allowable opening  diameter is 150mm.

鉆機特點：

1、具有油壓給進機構，提高鉆進效率，減輕工人勞動強度。

1. The oil pressure  feeding mechanism helps to improve drilling efficiency and reduce workers’  labor intensity.

2、鉆機配有上球卡式夾持機構并帶有六方主動鉆桿，可實行不停機倒桿，工作效率高，安全可靠。

2. The drilling rig  is equipped with upper ball card gripper mechanism and Kelly bar (Hexagonal).  Online reversing level can be realized, hence high working efficiency, easy  operation, safety and reliability.

3、配有孔底壓力表指示壓力，便于掌握孔內情況。

3. It is equipped  with hole bottom pressure meter to indicate pressure so that it is easier to  know the conditions in the hole.

4、手柄集中，操作方便。

5、鉆機結構緊湊、體積小、重量輕、分解性強、便于搬遷、適合于平原或山區工作。

5. The  drilling jig has characteristic of compact structure, small size, light weight,  and strong decomposability. It can be easily moved and is suitable to be used  in plain or mountains.
