GPZ ceramic disc-type filter is a kind of  new filtering equipment developed according to features such as high density of  metallic minerals, fast settling velocity, large viscosity, and strong  corrosiveness. Such equipment has characteristics such as firmness and  durability, steady operation of filter disc, automatic to intense agitation,  reliable sealing at shaft end, and slurry leakage resistance. Compared with  drum vacuum filters, such filter enjoys the following advantages:

該機(jī)是為了鐵精礦、有色金屬精礦脫水工作而特別設(shè)計(jì)的新型盤式真空過(guò)濾機(jī)，也適合在洗煤選礦、非金屬礦、化工、環(huán)保作業(yè)中使用。

This machine is a new kind of disc-type  vacuum filter specially designed for the dewatering of concentrate of steel and  nonferrous metal. It can also be used in operation such as coal washing and ore  dressing, nonmetallic ore, chemical, and environmental protection.

其主要技術(shù)特點(diǎn)如下

Its main technical characteristics are:

1、結(jié)合現(xiàn)有濾扇使用的一些缺陷，我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)的新型濾扇，脫水孔分布均勻，孔率合理，強(qiáng)度大（濾扇材料為高強(qiáng)度工程塑料），使用壽命長(zhǎng)，壽命平均提高1—1.5倍，而且濾布的使用壽命長(zhǎng)。同時(shí)濾扇的有效面積較大，提高了過(guò)濾機(jī)的處理能力。

1. Overcoming some defects in the use of  existing filter fans, the new filter fans we designed are characterized by even  distribution of dewatering holes, reasonable aperture ratio, high strength (the  material of screen fans is high strength engineering plastic), long service  life (the life increases 1 to 1.5 times on average) of it, as well as long  service of filter cloth. Besides, the effective area of screen fans is large  which improves the handing ability of filter.

2、對(duì)濾液管的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)，徹底排除了原法蘭連接處由于膠皮老化產(chǎn)生的漏氣現(xiàn)象。

2. The structure of filtrate pipe is  optimally designed. Leakage due to aging of rubble at the joint of original  flange is completely avoided.

3、攪拌軸軸端采用國(guó)內(nèi)首創(chuàng)“橡膠、永磁鐵、水封”三重組合柔性密封方式，有效的防止了礦漿滲漏。

3. The ends of agitating shafts adopt the  flexible sealing method of three elements “rubber, permanent magnet, and water  seal” initiated in China which effectively prevent leakage of slurry.

4、采用特制耐磨硼鑄鐵摩擦片，剛?cè)嵯酀?jì)密封效果好。

4. Specially made abrasion-resistant boron  cast-iron friction plates are adopted which produce good sealing effects.

5、濾液管為高強(qiáng)度耐磨陶瓷復(fù)合鋼管，壽命延長(zhǎng)5倍以上。

5. The filtrate pipes are high-strength  and abrasion-resistant ceramic lined steel pipes whose service life is  prolonged for over 5 times.

6、采用10個(gè)弧形小壓塊連續(xù)互扣將濾扇壓住定位在一個(gè)平面內(nèi)。使檢修人員更換濾扇或?yàn)V布時(shí)工作量減少，勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大幅降低。

6. Ten arc small press cakes are adopted  for successive mutual gripping to press the screen fans within a plane. This  helps the maintenance persons to have less work during the replacement of  filter fans or filter cloth. Their labor intensity is reduced substantially.

7、傳動(dòng)無(wú)級(jí)變速，依物料的濃度及流量調(diào)節(jié)（交流調(diào)速電機(jī)或變頻器）以求達(dá)到理想的工作效果。

7. Continuously variable transmission is  adjusted according to the concentration and flow of materials (adjustable speed  motors with alternating current or frequency converter) to achieve ideal  working effects.

8、干油泵集中多點(diǎn)自動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑，保證設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行。

8. The dry oil pump is lubricated  automatically at many points to ensure normal operation of equipment.
