CK高效攪拌槽是一種新型漿體攪拌設備，具有90年代國際先進水平。

CK high efficiency agitation tank is a  kind of new slurry agitation equipment which enjoys the advanced world level in  the 90s.

礦漿呈"ω"型和圓周對流運動(專利)，流體上下周向流動，呈剪切對流循環  ，料漿彌散均勻。具有能耗低、彌散均勻、攪拌強烈、攪拌輪使用壽命長、固相不沉槽等特點。

The slurry takes the shape of “W” and  makes circular convective motion (patent). The fluid flows up and down  circumferentially and goes through shearing convective cycling. The slurry is  evenly dispersed. It has characteristics such as low energy consumption,  violent agitation, long service life of stirring vane and no sediment in tank  of solid phase.

系列攪拌槽節能明顯，能耗較老式攪拌槽可降低20%～40%，油藥用量可減少20%左右，在系統停車后不需卸礦就可直接帶礦啟動，是取代常規攪拌槽、浸出槽的理想設備。可廣泛應用于金屬和非金屬礦選礦、黃金浸出、濕法冶煉及某些輕化工原料生產部門。取得了良好的經濟技術效益和社會效益。

This series of agitation tank is very  energy-saving. Compared with old style agitation tanks, such ones can reduce  20% to 40% of energy, around 20% of medicament. They can directly drive the  startup when ores are not unloaded after the system is shut down, hence ideal  substitute for conventional agitation tanks and leaching tanks. Such agitation  tanks are widely used in metallic and nonmetallic ore dressing, gold leaching,  wet method smelting and some light chemical raw material production  departments, which created great economic benefits and social benefits.

CK高效攪拌槽的結構及工作原理。下掠式攪拌輪的旋轉，使礦漿在導流整流裝置的作用下，按"W"形流跡上下劇烈循環。

Structure and Working Principle: The  rotation of sweeping down agitation vanes causes violent up-and-down  circulation of slurry according to “W” shape flow mark under the action of flow  guiding and rectifying device.

1.攪拌強烈均勻，固相不離析、不沉槽；

1. The agitation is violent and even.  Solid phase does not separate or sink into the tank.

2.節能降耗-能耗及油藥用量較常規攪拌槽分別減少20%～40%

2. Such agitation tank saves energy and reduces  consumption. Compared with conventional agitation tank, such agitation tank  uses 20%～40% less of energy and medicament.

3.葉輪、導流裝置壽命長-是常規攪拌裝置使用壽命的十倍；

4.操作簡便、利用率高,系統停車后槽內無需卸礦即可直接啟動。
