I.  Function

XZM-100振動(dòng)磨樣機(jī)能對(duì)各種硬度的脆性礦物進(jìn)行破碎和粉碎，具有效率高，噪音小，無(wú)粉塵污染等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，一九八六年榮獲國(guó)家質(zhì)量銀質(zhì)獎(jiǎng)，是各類分析、分選、物質(zhì)檢驗(yàn)和商檢必備的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)備。

XZM-100 vibration mill prototype is used to  smash and crush brittle minerals of various hardness degrees. It enjoys high  working efficiency, produces low noise, and causes no dust pollution. In 1986,  it won national silver medal of quality. It is standard equipment necessary for  various analysis, separation, material examination, and commercial inspection.

本機(jī)操作方便，能手動(dòng)或定時(shí)自動(dòng)停車(chē)，具有兩種轉(zhuǎn)速供不同材質(zhì)的研磨選擇，本機(jī)有100g鋼研缽和三個(gè)10g鋼研缽，還可根據(jù)用戶的不同要求提供其他材質(zhì)的研缽。

This machine can be easily operated and can  be stopped manually or automatically. It can rotate at two speeds, respectively  applied to grind different materials. This machine is equipped with one steel  mortar weighing 100g and  three steel mortars weighing 10g.  Mortars made of other materials may be available to cater to different  requirements of users.

Such vibration mill prototypes are mainly used in sectors  such as geology, coal, mine, metallurgy, chemicals, and building materials as  well as the laboratories in institutions of higher education and R＆D institutions. They are standard equipment  necessary for various analysis, separation, inspection, and laboratory test.  They can also be used for quality inspection and environmental monitoring.

三、主要結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理

III. Main Structure and Working Principle

本機(jī)主要由機(jī)箱（也起消音作用）、電動(dòng)機(jī)、偏心振動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、研缽（Mn鋼或瑪瑙等材質(zhì)）、壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)、控制電路等部分組成。

This machine is mainly composed of chassis  (able to reduce noise), motor, eccentric vibration mechanism, mortar (made of  Mn steel, agate, etc), pressing mechanism, and control circuit.

電動(dòng)機(jī)的法蘭盤(pán)與振動(dòng)架用螺栓固定，振動(dòng)器的動(dòng)力是由旋轉(zhuǎn)的偏心塊所產(chǎn)生。

The flange and vibrating grid of motor are  fixed with bolts. The driving force of vibrator is produced by rotating  eccentric block.

本機(jī)的壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置使加緊操作方便可靠，迅速。搬動(dòng)手把可快速壓緊或松開(kāi)壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)，可進(jìn)行裝、換缽，裝、卸料動(dòng)作。當(dāng)使用70g研缽時(shí)，振動(dòng)盤(pán)上需增加一個(gè)支承盤(pán)和壓緊頂蓋，這樣就能使3個(gè)70g的研缽?fù)瑫r(shí)工作，也就是可同時(shí)研磨3個(gè)不同種類的試樣。壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)可通過(guò)增加或減少橡膠壓塊上的調(diào)整片，或調(diào)節(jié)研缽蓋上的鎖緊螺母來(lái)調(diào)整研缽的夾緊程度。

he pressing mechanism of  this machine is so designed as is able to make pressing easy, convenient, and  rapid. Pull the handle and the pressing mechanism can be rapidly pressed or  loosened. Installation and replacement of mortar, as well as filling and discharging  of materials can also be realized. When a mortar weighing 70g is used, one supporting plate and  compacting cover plate need to be added to the vibrating disk so that 3 mortars  weighing 70g can work  simultaneously, i.e. 3 different types of samples can be grinded  simultaneously. The pressing mechanism can adjust the clamping of mortar by  increasing or decreasing the adjustment sheet on the rubber press blocking or  adjusting the locknuts on the cover of mortar.
